JOB SUMMARY This is a new home that will be overseen by 2 Mental Health Home Alliance Coordinators [MHHACs]. The Mental Health Home Alliance Coordinators are responsible for implementing the Individual Support Plans and Plans of Care; and, supervising the direct support staff are scheduled to work in the home. The Mental Health Home Alliance Coordinators assure that services address the health and safety needs of the individuals residing in the home and provide positive learning and inclusion opportunities. Mental Health Home Alliance Coordinators support people in meeting their life goals, as directed by the individuals or their legal guardians, and by upholding the agency's Ten Valued Outcomes.The Mental Health Home Alliance Coordinator works 16-hour days with every other weekend off and is provided housing in the home rent-free. The salary is approx $100,000.00 per person (with overtime calculated). QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related degree 6 (6) years experience to substitute education requirement EXPERIENCEOne or more of the following
